Mediations
Mediation is a process in which people who have a dispute can come together and, with the help of a trained mediator, promote constructive communication and discuss ways of resolving the conflict themselves. In most cases, both parties voluntarily agree to mediate without the need for lawsuits or summonses .

The agreement between parties:
- May be an oral agreement.
- May be a written agreement which is not legally binding.
- May be a written agreement which is legally binding on all parties when specific language is added to the agreement.
Confidentiality:
- All proceedings of a mediation are confidential. All parties, including Superior Enterprises, sign a statement that all proceedings will remain confidential. Parties outside the dispute are allowed only with permission of all of the participants and must also sign the confidentiality statement.
